Two modes of operation: regeneration under sail, and propulsion (electric prop power).
Regen under sail
- Prop shaft must be stopped
- Turn on the key
- Bump the diesel starter while putting the diesel in neutral
- The prop should start turning and the Combi drive should start putting out amps
- Monitor and log 48 V amps into the batteries
Propulsion
- Yanmar in neutral
- Prop shaft stopped — not turning
- Turn on the key
- Use the throttle lever for the Combi drive — forward and reverse
